Capital Spend Survey

DfE collects data every year on responsible bodies' use of the School Condition Allocation (SCA), and Basic Need funding.

The 2025 Capital Spend Survey collected project-level data from projects completed in the 24/25 financial year.

The 2025 Capital Spend Survey was open from the 21st April to the 13th June.

Please note that you can log and edit project data at any time, ready for submission when the survey window is next open.
